Precision machining of stainless steel parts through milling processing.

These two stainless steel parts have different functions and processing characteristics based on their appearance and structure: 

1. The first wheel-like part: 

   Structure: 

    It has spokes, a hub, and a rim, similar to a pulley structure, with a central hole for installing a shaft. The spoke design reduces weight while maintaining a certain strength. 

   Application speculation:

   It is used in transmission systems to transfer power through belts, commonly found in industrial equipment and small machinery transmission mechanisms, utilizing the corrosion resistance of stainless steel to adapt to mildly corrosive environments (such as slight humidity and a small amount of chemical gases). 

   Processing aspect: 

    It needs to be cast (the structure of the spokes is suitable for casting) before further machining, such as turning the rim and the hub's mating surfaces to ensure dimensional accuracy to fit with shafts and belts. 

 2. The second cup-shaped part: 

     Structure: 

      It is cup-shaped, has mounting holes, and features a complex internal shape, designed to accommodate other components or achieve specific mechanical functions (such as positioning or supporting internal components).

     Product application: 

     It serves as a base, support, or shell part of certain equipment, such as components of small pump bodies and valves, using the strength and corrosion resistance of stainless steel to ensure stable operation of the equipment, with mounting holes for connecting and securing to other components. 

     Processing aspect: 

     The rough shape is first casted, then finely processed through milling, drilling, and other machining processes to refine each surface and hole position, ensuring dimensional and geometric tolerances to meet assembly requirements.
