1. Appearance:
The overall color is silver-gray titanium alloy with a high-gloss mirror finish achieved through ultra-precision machining. The
structure is an integrated, complex cavity component, including a large main cavity, irregularly shaped side cavities, and multiple sets of positioning
holes/threaded holes. The edges are smoothly transitioned, and the hole positions are regularly distributed, showcasing the design characteristics
of high-precision assembly.
2. Material:
The base material is TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium alloy: possessing low density (only 60% of that of steel), high strength (tensile strength
exceeding 900MPa), and excellent corrosion resistance (resistant to high temperature/acid and alkali environments), while also exhibiting good
machinability. It is a commonly used material for core structural components in high-end equipment.
3. Manufacturing Process
5-axis CNC milling + Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM): Complex internal cavities and irregularly shaped holes require multi-axis simultaneous
milling for rough machining, followed by precision forming via EDM (ensuring internal cavity accuracy);
Ultra-precision polishing: Surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, improving sealing and wear resistance;
Precision hole control: Positioning hole tolerance IT5, threaded hole tolerance IT6, meeting the requirements of modular high-precision assembly.
