Black Bakelite Material
Black Bakelite material is a common thermosetting plastic, mainly made of phenolic resin and bleached wood pulp paper, etc., and has the following characteristics and applications:
Main Characteristics:
Excellent Insulation Performance: Effectively isolates current, suitable for insulating components in electrical equipment, such as switches, sockets, transformers, etc.
High Temperature Resistance:
Remains stable at high temperatures, with short-term temperature resistance up to 300℃, and continuous operating temperature generally around 140℃.
Good Mechanical Strength:
Possesses high hardness and toughness, able to withstand certain pressure and impact, suitable for making molds, jigs, etc.
Good Corrosion Resistance:
Has good resistance to acids, alkalis, oils, and other chemicals, and can be used in humid or corrosive environments.
Flame Retardancy Meets Standards:
Typically meets UL94-HB flame retardant rating, not easily ignited, and has high safety.
Good Dimensional Stability:
Not easily deformed after molding, maintaining precise dimensional accuracy, suitable for parts with high precision requirements.
